Where do you ship from?
Our warehouses are located in: (Los Angeles, CA, Memphis, TN, Houston, TX, Savannah, GA, Chicago, IL, Pennsylvania, PA) will match the nearest warehouse for delivery according tothe user's delivery address.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders placed during normal business hours are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, the expected delivery time is 2-5 business days. All orders to the United States & Canada will be shipped via ground UPS or USPS or Amazon Logistics or Fedex. Log into your account to check the status of your order.

How much is the shipping charge?
We currently offer free shipping to all orders over $90 in the Lower 48 states & Canada. For more information, please visit ourshipping informationpage.
Do you ship to countries besides the USA and Canada?
No, we only ship to the USA & CA.
What if I want to cancel or change my order?
We try to fulfill orders very quickly; that said, please email us atsupport@zarimi.comand we’ll see what we can do! If you’re just getting cold feet, hang on until you can give them a try–we think you’ll love them and if you don’t, you can always easily return them within 30 days after purchase.
Will I be kept informed of the status of my order?
As soon as your payment has been approved, we’ll send you an order confirmation email. As soon as your order ships (typically the next business day), you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (applicable in most countries).

How to Power on/off the Electric Air Duster?
Long press the power button to turn on/off the machine, when turned on it enters standby mode.
Then press the oval button below the air nozzle to turn on the blowing air.
How to Shift the Gears?
After turning it on, press the power button to switch gears in sequence, the indicator light shows the gear level.
Press the ellipse button below the air nozzle to start/stop the air blower (To start the third gear, please long press the button)
Intelligent Protection Function
The electric air duster shuts down automatically after 3 minutes of inactivity or if overheated.
Precautions for Use
Keep skin and hair away from the air intake to avoid injury.
To ensure optimal performance of your MF100, please fully charge the battery before use and don't charge while using the machine.
Avoid falls from heights.
